Veronica began serving with Cru in 2005, bringing over 16 years of experience in donor engagement and operational support. After stepping away in 2008 to focus on her growing family, she returned in 2013 and continued her ministry in the Donation Services Group, where she served in a variety of roles. In 2025, she transitioned to Cru Foundation to further invest in her calling to advance the Great Commission through smarter generosity.
In her current role as Donor Relations and Gift Program Administrator, Veronica is passionate about supporting ministry partners and staff with thoughtful, effective service. She is known for her problem-solving mindset, warm approach, and commitment to excellence in every interaction.
Born in the U.S. and proudly Puerto Rican, Veronica comes from a large, close-knit family that has deeply influenced her faith, values, and commitment to serving others. She and her husband, Juni, have three wonderful children—Eliza, Isaiah, and Jordan—and one granddaughter, Amara. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, savoring meaningful moments, and being a dedicated sports mom, which happily fills most of her weekends.
